The Moonshot CSS Framework source code is licensed under the MIT License. All other content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

The MIT License grants you the right to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the framework, subject to the conditions specified in the license.

If you purchase any paid services or products, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in our refund policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tokyo, Japan.
